MANCHESTER buyers wanting more space inside and out could find their ideal home by expanding their search to 30 minutes’ journey out of the city centre.

According to figures from home.co.uk, the average asking price for an apartment in Manchester is £223,413, while the average price of a three-bedroom home is more than £300,000 and properties with four-bedrooms command prices of around £410,000.
