AN Instagram ready home in one of Merseyside’s most sought-after neighbourhoods could cost much less than you think with special Black Friday deals from Elan Homes. 

The homebuilder is nearing a sell-out at The Dunes in Freshfield, Formby, close to Victoria Road aka Millionaire’s Row.

Help to Buy equity loans are available on the final homes at The Dunes. To purchase a property using the scheme it must be reserved by December 15 and the purchase must legally complete by March 31 2021.

The Government-backed scheme offers buyers the chance to secure a brand new home with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, with the equity loan covering the remaining 20%.
