WITH building work now complete, Elan Homes is inviting buyers to take a fresh look at new homes in Elford.
Seven Acres is an intimate development, located off The Shrubbery, featuring a good range of properties from apartments to family-sized homes.
Many of the homes have now been sold and are occupied.
Current availability includes the two-bedroom Beeston and to inspire buyers Elan is opening a show home in this style (from February 24/25).
Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball explained: “The original show home at Seven Acres was a bungalow and was quickly reserved. We’ve now moved out of that property and into a finished example of the two-bedroom Beeston. It’s been carefully planned to make the most of the footprint and is equally well suited to downsizers, first time buyers, people starting over, couples and those buying on their own. Being able to view the show home will help buyers appreciate the layout and how they could use the space themselves.”
The Beeston features a spacious lounge to the front; combined kitchen and dining room to the rear with easy access to the garden; plus, a cloakroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, plus a bathroom.
The Beeston is available from £269,995 and is stamp duty exempt for first time buyers.
Current prices at Seven Acres start from £199,995 for a two-bedroom Banbury style apartment.
Elan is offering a £10,000 deposit boost on selected new homes in Elford.
“Deposit boost is our way of helping buyers access some of the better mortgage rates, usually reserved for those with more substantial savings. Plus, because our new homes achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate rating of B, they’re eligible to be purchased with green mortgages from selected lenders,” Tracey explained.
“Along with potentially lower mortgage repayments, there’s the chance to enjoy lower energy bills. Data from the HBF suggests the average new build house uses 66% less energy than older houses.”
The new homes at Seven Acres enjoy an idyllic village setting, close to the River Tame.
It makes a great base for commuters as the homes are just four miles from the A38, and seven miles from the M6 toll road. Trent Valley Station is only four miles away providing links to Birmingham New Street and London Euston.
To be among the first to see inside the new show home, visit Seven Acres this weekend (February 24/ 25). For the latest availability and pricing, see www.elan-homes.co.uk/developments/seven-acres.
