WITH 75% of homes at a popular development in Warton now sold, potential purchasers are being offered support to help get them moving.

Elan Homes launched Rosewood Gardens on Church Road on Warton last summer.

Featuring just 16 properties, it proved an instant success with buyers. Now there are just four homes available.
