ACHIEVING the show home look will be plain sailing for one lucky buyer at Argoed Gardens, near Mold.
Following sales success, the four-bedroom Southwold show home at the Elan Homes development has been released for sale.
And while it takes on average three or four months to sell a home in Mold, Chester or Wrexham, according to home.co.uk, Elan is offering homeowners the chance to make an EasyMove to Argoed Gardens.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “Releasing the show home for sale marks a milestone in the development and creates a sense of urgency among buyers. While the Brandon show home has been a real hit with visitors to Argoed Gardens and many are people eager to recreate the look in their own properties, we continue to receive enquiries from those who are yet to put the current house on the market. We’re offering to help with our EasyMove scheme.
“We will arrange for the customer’s property to be valued, appoint estate agents to market it and keep in contact to ensure progression. When an acceptable offer is received the customer can reserve a new Elan home and we will even pay the agent’s fees.
“One lucky buyer won’t have to worry about decorating though as we’re offering the chance to purchase the show home. All they will need to do is to bring their furniture and personal belongings and start enjoying their new life in their brand new Elan home.”
EasyMove has no correlation to the value of either the property being sold or the Elan home being bought. It can be used by downsizers, people making a sideways move and those climbing the housing ladder.
Priced from £314,995, the Southwold show home offers 1,283 sq ft of well-planned living space.
Styled to perfection by interior designers from Stanza Style, it’s inspired many of those who have made the development their home.
The four-bedroom showcase property is a readymade home, professionally decorated with a colour scheme incorporating neutral sandy tones with accents of rich indigo, navy and gold to create a glamourous feel.
The lounge, with feature bay window is at the front of the property and is furnished with a neutral sandy coloured sofa with navy piping offset by gold mirrored coffee table and console.
Double doors lead from this relaxing space through to the open plan kitchen and dining room, which is furnished with a white dining table and blue velvet chairs.
Upstairs, in the master bedroom there’s a brushed sequin throw on the bed that has a two-tone effect. At the end of the bed there’s a gold-framed stool, which complements the bedside tables.
The second bedroom is styled as a guest bedroom, finished in white and blue to give a light and airy look with a fresh feel.
There’s a sailing themed teenager’s room, complete with a sail on the wall, porthole effect mirror and shutter style headboard. The sea theme continues in one of the other bedrooms with wallpaper part way up the wall to give the impression of waves.
Along with the show home, current availability at Argoed Gardens includes a three-bedroom semi-detached Howden, priced from £199,995, and a four-bedroom detached Oakham, priced from £324,995.
Location on Main Road, Argoed, the homes at Argoed Gardens are surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside yet just a short journey from Mold, ranked as one of the best market towns in the UK. Many of the properties enjoy long views towards Moel Famau.
