SELLING up and moving on to a new home in Lancashire could be eggspedited this Easter with help from Elan Homes.
The homebuilder has a cracking choice of homes available between Whittingham Fold in Goosnargh and Redwood Gardens on the Fylde peninsular between Lytham and Blackpool.
Homeowners are invited to hop along on Good Friday and Easter Saturday (April 7 and 8) to discover how part eggschange could help them unlock a quick and simple move to a brand new home.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Home in the North, said: “For those who have hatched a plan to move to a new home but have a property to sell, part exchange could prove invaluable. In simple terms, we’ll buy the customer’s home so that they can purchase a new build home from us. It effectively offers the reassurance of having a guaranteed cash buyer without the complication of a slow moving chain or last minute haggles over the price.
“Part exchange could save homeowners time and money. We aim to exchange contracts within 28 days. There are no hidden costs as we’ll pay the survey and agent fees on the customer’s home. It’s also a convenient option as people who sell in this way will be able to remain in their existing property until their new Elan home is ready to move into.”
Between Redwood Gardens and Whittingham Fold, Elan has a selection of three and four-bedroom homes available. Current prices range from £259,995 to £469,995.
At Redwood Gardens the Cove show home, which has been decorated throughout, is available from £354,995.
The lounge, with feature bay window, is at the front of the property. Destined to be the heart of the home, is the combined kitchen, dining and family room, with a practical central island, plus double doors leading out onto the rear garden.
A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor.
At Whittingham Fold, the four-bedroom detached Brandon, priced from £359,995, is among the properties eligible for part exchange.
A double fronted home, it features a lounge that spans from the front to the rear, with three windows offering lots of natural light. On the opposite side of the hallway is a combined kitchen, dining and family room, with French doors opening out onto the garden. There’s also a handy utility and convenient cloakroom.
In both properties, there are four bedrooms upstairs – one with en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve three of the bedrooms.
The homes at Redwood Gardens are being built less than five miles away from
Lytham’s famous green and the town’s boutique stores and popular restaurants. In the other direction, Blackpool Tower, the Grand Theatre and a host of other attractions are within easy reach.
Whittingham Fold offers the chance to enjoy the rural idyl surrounded by rolling countryside while embracing village living. There are local stores and supermarkets nearby, while Longridge and Preston are also within easy reach.
Homes at both locations achieve a minimum EPC rating of B, meaning their highly energy efficient and potentially eligible for green mortgages from selected lenders.
Find out more about part exchange by joining Elan this Friday and Saturday (April 7 and 8).
