FROM house prices to interest rates, energy bills and renovation costs when all things are considered a new home in Lancashire beats the average property.

Halifax research suggests the average house price is now £286,276 or 6.7 times the average salary. But new homes at Redwood Gardens in Marton Moss and Whittingham Fold in Goosnargh aren’t your average homes.

They’re available at a lower price point and with a package of incentives worth more than £20,000, plus potentially lower energy bills.

Prices at Redwood Gardens, between Lytham and Blackpool start from £244,995.

People tend to assume that a new build home comes with a premium price tag, but that’s not always the case. We have a choice of three-bedroom properties in Lancashire below the average house price.
