Elan Homes has kicked off its new development with the sponsorship of Culcheth Athletic Under Sevens football team.

The developer, currently building an exclusive collection of just 15 homes on Warrington Road, has teamed up with the local squad and paid for a new strip and kit bag.

The team plays in the Warrington Junior Football League, with home games at The Oaks, Culcheth.

The club’s Steven Millar said: “The sponsorship has paid for a full kit for the team and a lovely bag for it all to be kept in.

“It’s fantastic – the children love wearing it as it really helps unify the team.  We’re very grateful to Elan Homes for supporting the team.”

The Culcheth Green development has won over buyers – 10 of the 15 properties have already been sold. The final homes available include four and five-bedroom detached designs, with prices from £369,995.
