A NEW housing development in Poynton is progressing well with around a fifth of homes sold.
Elan Homes is building 93 private sale properties across just 7.47 acres of a 20.45 acre site on Hazelbadge Road.
Planning approval was secured in spring 2022 and enabling works started that summer. By early 2023 construction of the first homes at Hazelfields was underway and the show home opened in that summer.
