SELLERS could become buyers and enjoy an EasyMove to a new home in Poynton with help from Elan Homes.
The homebuilder recently opened its latest show home at the sought-after Hazelfields development.
Situated on Hazelbadge Road, close to Lower Park Primary School, it’s ideal for buyers with families and along with new homes, Elan is also creating a carpark for the school.
To help buyers learn about the homes available, an interactive digital touch screen has been installed at the entrance to the development, which is the first Elan scheme to feature a new look marketing suite.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “We’ve redesigned our marketing suites to enhance the customer experience. The interactive digital touch screen at the entrance to Hazelfields shows the site plan and has a scannable QR code people can use to download the brochure before they’ve even stepped through the door. Inside the marketing suite, we have spa type music playing and scent diffusers to help create a sense of calm to help visitors feel relaxed. The site plan is on a high-level table for ease of viewing, with an interactive digital touch screen buyers can use to find out more about the development and the homes available as we move away from printed brochures for environmental reasons. We’ve also rethought how we present samples of specification choices so that they’re more accessible.”
More than 2,000 people registered their interest in the 93 private sale properties being built by Elan at Hazelfields. Dozens of them have already visited the four-bedroom Woodhall show home.
“A high percentage of potential purchasers aren’t in a position to proceed because they have a house to sell before they can commit to buying somewhere new. With our EasyMove scheme the ease of living a new build home offers could start before moving day as we’ll help homeowners secure a buyer for the property they want to move from,” Marie added.
“It doesn’t matter if they’re moving up the housing ladder or downsizing. We’ll value the customer’s home and instruct independent estate agents to market it.
“When they receive an acceptable offer, they can reserve a new Elan home and we’ll even pay the agent’s fees. Alternatively, we may even be able to offer part exchange – effectively acting as a cash buyer for the customer’s current property so they can buy a brand new home.”
Current availability at Hazelfields includes a choice of four and five-bedroom detached homes with prices from £594,995.
For a limited time only and subject to terms and conditions, selected properties are available with carpets and Amtico flooring throughout, plus turfed garden.
They include a Woodhall style property, like the show home, priced from £639,995.
