WORK on a housing development in Poynton is progressing well, with a new show home due to open this month (March 22 and 23).

Elan Homes launched Hazelfields, on Hazelbadge Road, “off plan” in summer 2023 and opened a four-bedroom detached Woodhall show home shortly after.

That property has now been sold, with Elan set to offer buyers fresh inspiration when it opens the door to a new show home.
