DUKINFIELD HOMES ARE WAY ABOVE PAR

NEW homes in Tameside, on land that was once part of Dukinfield Golf Club, are now on sale “off plan”.

Elan Homes has unveiled a collection of premium packages and part-exchange deals that are guaranteed to drive sales at the aptly named Greenside View development and get homeowners pitching to purchase them.

“Sales are already getting into full swing, with two of the 33 homes already sold,” says Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North. “We have received lots of enquiries about the homes we are building at Greenside View and, with the housing market remaining strong across Greater Manchester, we are confident that many more homes will sell extremely quickly.”

Styles already for sale on the Yew Tree Lane development include the Droylsden, Chadderton and Denton house types, three and four-bedroom homes with prices starting at £299,995.

There are flooring packages on certain plots with carpets and vinyls included on those reserved in January, as well as part-exchange, which offers a hassle-free option for those with an existing house to sell.

With part-exchange, buyers can expect to exchange contracts within 28 days, with Elan Homes paying for the survey and agent fees on the existing property and acting effectively as a ‘cash’ buyer for customers’ old homes.

“The first homes at Greenside View are expected to be completed by spring and with part exchange, buyers can stay in their old house until it’s time to move into their brand new home,” says Marie.

“The development is superbly situated with amazing views of the Manchester skyline and the surrounding area, with some of the homes overlooking Dukinfield Golf Course, which alone make the development hugely appealing.

“But add to that our incredible packages on selected plots, and Elan’s homes with superior specification as standard, and the attraction becomes greater still.”

Homes at Greenside View are currently beign sold “off plan” from Elan’s Millfields development in Middleton.

For those wishing to view that standard first-hand, a Droylsden show home will soon be available to view by appointment in Dukinfield.

The Droylsden is a three-bedroom semi-detached home with almost 1,000 sq ft of living space. A large hallway leads to the open plan kitchen and dining area at the front of the property, with an elegant lounge at the rear opening out onto the garden via French doors.
