Elan Homes is set to release the final phase of its Gateway Gardens development in North Devon.
There are just 20 remaining properties at the Station Road homes collection in South Molton after a successful summer. In total, 85% of the properties have now been sold since the venture launched.
The last home available from phase one is a Brampton-style four-bedroom executive property priced at £305,000 and its buyer will benefit from a landscaped terraced garden.
The remaining homes will be released this month from phase four of the development and include the four-bedroom ‘Stamford’ home, available from £260,000.
This spacious and impressive home is ideal for growing families, especially those who enjoy a more flexible living space. Set across three floors, The Stamford makes the most of every bit of space so living there is enjoyable and practical for today’s busy parents and their offspring.
And, of course, because The Stamford rises up on three floors instead of going out across two, the price tag is more attractive too.
The ground floor consists of a handy utility room and garage with a hall and staircase leading up to the first floor. Here, homeowners will find an open-plan kitchen and dining room which extends across the rear of the home, a generous lounge and a cloakroom.
Upstairs are four good-sized bedrooms, the master of which has en-suite, and a family bathroom.
Catherine Marshall, sales director for Elan Homes in the South, said: “These are very desirable homes and success of this development speaks for itself - although it’s not surprising when you consider what it has to offer. It’s set in an idyllic area with many good schools, great amenities and the most amazing countryside right on the doorstep.
“It’s a beautiful but practical place to live which means it is perfect for those wanting to seek a more balanced way of living.
“I imagine there will be many more homeowners wanting to make that move although, with so few homes left available, they will need to move quickly so they are not left disappointed.”
For those with an existing house to sell, Elan’s EasyMove is an option, helping to save money on estate agents’ fees. With EasyMove, Elan will help to arrange to market the current property and, when an offer is received which is acceptable, would-be purchasers can then reserve an Elan home.
