AS the first residents begin moving into Formby’s latest housing development, the company behind the project is giving potential purchasers fresh inspiration with a new view home now open.

Situated off Lenton Avenue, The Dunes offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes in a sought-after area, close to the beach, with easy access to the town centre and commuter links to Liverpool city centre.

Properties were initially sold “off plan”, before Elan Homes opened the doors to a four-bedroom Halstead show home. The homebuilder has just launched a new Palmerston view home to showcase the townhouses available.
