DISCOUNT FOR NHS WORKERS ON NEW HOMES IN WORCESTER

NHS staff in Worcester have saved on housing costs thanks to a discount scheme offered by Elan Homes.

The company is building new homes at Stableford, close to the Royal Worcestershire Hospital, and revealed that almost half of their purchasers at the development work for the NHS.

Regional Sales Director Tracey Ball said: “Because of the proximity of our homes to the Royal Worcestershire Hospital we’ve been offering NHS workers the chance to live here for less with the choice of a £5,000 discount or a flooring package. The incentive has been available since before the pandemic and has factored in around 40% of sales.
