THERE’S no time like the present to buy a new home near Stafford, where the gift of Stamp Duty paid is being offered by Elan Homes.
 

Research from Post Office Money suggests that those making their next move on the housing ladder need around £10,000 to cover moving costs such as Stamp Duty, removals, plus fees for estate agents and solicitors.
