IT takes around 100 days to sell a property in Stoke or Telford, but sellers are being offered a lifeline that could speed up the process.

The average selling time for homes in Stoke-on-Trent is 96 days, while in Telford it’s even longer at 110 days.

Time on the market statistics for unsold properties in both locations are even longer. But homeowners could find they’re able to drastically reduce the time it takes to sell up and move on, thanks to Elan Homes.
