A NEW home in Lowton could cost less with a Black Friday bonus from Elan Homes.
Properties at St Catherine’s Gardens are in high demand, with around half of the homes already sold less than six months after launching.
To celebrate the success and to get people moving, Elan is offering a £10,000 gifted deposit contribution , plus flooring throughout and turfed rear garden, on selected homes reserved between now and Black Friday (November 27).
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, explained: “Black Friday started off as an American shopping event but has become increasingly popular with shoppers and retailers in the UK in recent years. While many people are keen to bag a bargain for their home on Black Friday, such as furniture or electrical goods, we’re offering new homes at discounted prices.
“For example, at St Catherine’s Gardens we’re gifting buyers £10,000 towards their deposit. This is a substantial saving that could make a big difference to someone’s budget when buying a new home.”
Homes at Brook Meadow available with the Black Friday offer include a three-bedroom Orford Max or Fairford style properties, priced at £239,995, and a four-bedroom detached Southwold, priced at £324,995.
Located on Newton Road, St Catherine’s Gardens is a development of just 26 homes.
Along with building new homes, Elan is retaining existing trees at the rear of the site, carrying out additional planting and providing bird boxes and bat bricks to offer homes for nature.
Electric vehicle charging points are being installed at St Catherine’s Gardens as part of Elan’s commitment to sustainable development.
The homebuilder has also pledged almost £45,000 worth of funding for nearby Pennington Flash Country Park.
