AS a popular development in Hooton nears sell-out, part exchange is being offered to help homeowners secure one of the final few homes.

Elan Homes launched Birch Grange off Roften Way last summer, initially selling “off plan” before opening a show home. Eager buyers were keen to snap up the properties thanks to a winning combination of the location and the offer of an easy to manage, energy efficient new home.
