MILESTONE FOR REGENERATION OF FORMER FACTORY SITE IN SOUTHPORT

AS the transformation of a former factory site in Southport continues, Elan Homes is opening two new show homes.

Around a third of homes at Balmoral Gardens have now been sold and 30-plus of those properties are now occupied.
