THE gift of a 5% deposit contribution or part exchange, with the chance to wrap up a move to a new home in Southport this side of Christmas, is being offered by Elan Homes.
The independent homebuilder is playing Santa with a choice of move-making incentives available on selected properties at its Balmoral Gardens development.

On a four-bedroom Southwold, priced at £339,995, the deposit contribution is worth £17,000.
