Popular developer Elan Homes has launched its sales off-plan to meet demand from South Manchester homebuyers.
The Cheshire-based homebuilder says those who reserve early enough at Chorlton’s Derwent Court, can chose from a tailor-made range of options – a move bound to be popular with young city professionals.
Said Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North: “If buyers want to choose from a range of specifications to complement their new home, they need to reserve early to make their choice.
“Derwent Court is a small, exclusive development, just 4 miles from the city centre, of contemporary three storey homes. Demand is building, with one property already reserved.”
The former hospital car park, located on Derwent Avenue, has been vacant for ten years and the demand for new homes is competitive. The thriving community offers homebuyers an unrivalled location for city commuters or those who travel further afield for work, with excellent commuter links.
The development offers 13 premium quality homes featuring contemporary interiors. Five pairs of semi-detached houses and three terraced properties are being created all with four bedrooms, set over three floors.
The homes will range in size from 1,498 sq ft to 1,768 sq ft, each with rear gardens, an integral single garage and designated parking spaces. Prices for the properties will be announced at the launch.
A collection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby in the area are complemented by the green spaces of Chorlton Water Park and Fletcher Moss Botanical Gardens.
Potential purchasers can register their interest in Derwent Court.
