Your Role:

As a Sales Executive at Elan Homes, you'll play a crucial role in offering properties for sale at the right time and rates, aligning with the Sales Director's vision. Your responsibilities include actively engaging with all stakeholders to facilitate legal completion, ensuring properties meet our high standards upon handover, and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: A proven track record in sales with previous experience in a similar role within the housing industry.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate organisation, self-motivation, honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members, making an immediate and positive contribution to our vibrant work environment.
  • Flexibility: Embrace flexibility, as the role involves travel between developments within the Southern Region.
  • Qualifications: Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid and Fire Marshal qualifications, possess a clean driving license, and have access to your own transport.
